HOSA – GOA

The restaurant seats 100 people, including 25 in the Patio. A beautiful Art Room Functions as a gallery during the day and becomes a private dining area in the evening with a pre-function area replete with its own bar counter. In Phase 2 extensive outdoor seating shall line up the promenade set on the banks of the Chapora river. BARRZO has designed, manufactured & installed the entire Under Bar, Back Bar equipment, Wine Dispensing machine, Cocktail Dispensing, Beer Dispensing & Coffee Cabinet.

Barzzo collaborated with HOSA Goa to craft an efficient, elegant, and functional bar environment by installing state-of-the-art under bar and back bar equipment, aimed at improving workflow, maximizing space, and enhancing guest experience.

  • Create a Fully Functional Workflow: Design an efficient linear workflow to minimize bartender movement and reduce serving time.

  • Ensure Consistent Chilling & Storage: Install equipment that maintains consistent temperatures for beverages, garnishes, and glassware.

  • Maximize Storage Without Clutter: Add modular dry and refrigerated storage units to neatly store liquor bottles, tools, and ingredients.

  • Maintain Aesthetic Harmony: Align equipment finishes and layouts with HOSA’s coastal, contemporary design and open bar concept.

  • Enhance Bartender Efficiency: Use corrosion-resistant stainless steel with rounded edges for easy cleaning and long-term use.

  • Energy-Efficient Solutions: Integrate eco-friendly, low-energy consumption refrigeration and cooling units.
